"Quick help when I really didn’t feel like chasing support"
I had a small issue with my order on psg.fr and, i was already bracing myself for the usual back-and-forth with customer service. I’m tired of having to chase companies for simple fixes, so I expected it to take a few days at least. But they actually got back to me the same day, checked everything, explained what was going on, and sorted it out without making it a whole thing. Really appreciated how straightforward and fast it was. 5 stars from me.

"Seat change was frustrating"
My seats were changed without much warning, which was annoying. Not what I expected. I reached out to support, but they got back to me way too late to really help. Frustrating experience overall.

"Great PSG shirt"
I ordered a psg home shirt from psg. It feels really nice. The fabric is soft. The badge and print look clean too. The size was about what I expected. I was a bit worried it might feel thin. But it doesn’t. It still feels solid after washing. It’s not cheap, but the quality is there. Easy 5 stars for me.

"Decent food, but it brought back mixed feelings"
I remember standing in those long beer lines feeling way more impatient than I expected, probably because I was hot and hungry by then. The hot dog was okay, nothing terrible, but for the price I was hoping it would be one of those memorable ballpark snacks. Instead, it just reminded me of how much I spent for something average.

I ordered a shirt from PSG.FR assuming it would show up within a few days, but it ended up taking almost 3 weeks. For something as simple as a shirt, the whole process felt way harder than it should have been. The tracking barely updated, so most of the time I had no clue where my package even was. I contacted customer service, but the replies were generic and didn’t really help. The shirt itself was nice once it finally arrived, but the shipping experience was frustrating. I wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date...

Got a PSG jersey with my son’s name on it and yeah, it came out perfect. The spelling was right, number looked good, and everything was placed where it should be. Showed up looking pretty much exactly how I wanted, so no complaints here

"Not totally convinced about the shirt"
I ordered a PSG shirt from psg.fr and the delivery was fine, no real issues there. But when I got it, something about the quality just felt a little off to me. The tags and stitching didn’t seem quite like my older official shirt, though I can’t say for sure if that means anything. It might be completely genuine, I just don’t have enough to prove otherwise, but I’m not 100% convinced. For the price, I was expecting it to feel a bit better.

"Checkout was frustrating"
Tried buying a shirt on psg and the checkout kept freezing after I put in my address. Had to refresh and type it all again a couple times. Payment eventually worked, but I didn’t get a clear confirmation right away. Nice-looking site, but the checkout needs fixing.

I managed to update my account on PSG.FR in the end, but it wasn’t exactly smooth. Logging in took longer than expected a couple of times, and finding where to change my details felt a little buried. I’m on PSG.FR often, so I figured I’d give the loyalty program a try. it’s been useful. I’ve had early access to tickets a couple of times, and the shop discounts are actually decent. The points are easy enough to keep track of too, which I appreciate. It’s not perfect every single time, but overall it’s saved me some money and made buying match stuff a bit easier
